Chef V's dedication extends beyond the kitchen as she serves on the Advisory Committee for the Returning Citizens Inspired to Develop Entrepreneurial Ventures (R.I.D.E.) at Morgan State University. Her passion for potatoes and giving back to the community is truly inspiring.

Beyond the kitchen, Chef V's love for potatoes, Prince, and the color purple holds a special place in her heart. Cooking became her refuge during challenging times, and now, with her food trailer, Delirious, she is thrilled to share the comforting joy of potatoes with everyone she serves.
Community Involvement
At Spudtacular, our hearts beat with a passion for both potatoes and people. As a dedicated individual who served as the President of the Homeowner Association for four consecutive years, volunteered at Woodlawn Job Corps Center, and was a former board member of the Anne Arundel Watershed Academy, I have witnessed firsthand the profound impact of community engagement on lives.
Having also been associated with Morgan State University, I understand the significance of education and empowerment in building a strong community.
